This little gadget works wonders. It prevents a cake from sliding off the cake board. Simply poke or drill a small 1/4-inch hole into the cardboard cake drum and instert the Cake Plug peg. It also raises the cake drum making it easier to pick up the cake drum. Hand wash only with warm soapy water, sanitize with a kitchen/food safe sanitizer.
